Tim & Sheila Smith Endowed Scholarship

Established by Tim Smith, an founding partner of Wharton Smith, and his wife, Sheila, this scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are pursuing a bachelor degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Students must be U.S. Citizens, possess a 3.0 or higher GPA, and attend full-time.
