Kiwanis Club of Longwood-Altamonte Endowed Scholarship

Established by the Kiwanis Club of Longwood-Altamonte, this scholarship provides financial assistance to students enrolled in one of Seminole State certifications program including, but not limited to automation, automotive, building construction technology, computer repair and installation, electrician helper, emergency medical technician, engineering technology support specialist, fire academy, food and beverage operations, law enforcement officer, mechatronics, network support technician, pharmacy technician, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics and motors for manufacturing, HVAC technician and welding technician. Students must possess a GPA of 2.5 or higher, must be a graduate from a Seminole County high school or possess a GED. Must be a permanent resident of Seminole County, Must provide a detailed record of volunteer community service. Must be a U.S. Citizen and agree to attend a donor meeting.
