The Honorable Dominick Salfi Endowed Scholarship for Persistence in Legal Studies
Persistence was the cornerstone of Dominick Salfi’s lifelong success as a practicing attorney, the first state attorney for the 18th Circuit District at 29, a participant in the governor’s war on crime, and the youngest circuit judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit at age 33. Throughout his tenure, Dominick Salfi continuously worked to develop innovative methods to improve the delivery of judicial services. Seminole State students studying to earn an Associate in Science degree to become a legal assistant/paralegal, who possess a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher, are eligible to apply. Preference may be given to students who demonstrate financial need.
